Cold Room Monorail Sliding Door
A cold room PVC hinged door is a type of door specifically designed for use in cold storage rooms or refrigerated environments. Our hinged doors are constructed using PVC (polyvinyl chloride) material, which offers excellent insulation properties and resistance to low temperatures. Door leaf insulation has a chemical density of 42-45 gr/cm3, is of the inset type, and has an exterior metal sheet thickness of 0.8 mm and an interior metal sheet thickness of 0.5 mm.

Generally, monorail system ( air suspension system ) is applied during the transportation of red meat products from outside to the inside. Although, the isolation of the monorail system is at it’s maximum level, heavy transportation is very easy.
For the operation of this monorail system, covers of the sliding and hinged doors are made of PVC or anodized aluminum material. Insulated Monorail channeled flaps ” mono block painted sheet Ral 9002” were produced by 42(+/-2) density Polyurethane injection between Cr-Ni or PVC coated two metal sheets.
This system can be different in each project. By this reason, doors are produced according to the current project concepts.
